Aurine Agency discovers, develops and represents models across fashion, editorial, commercial, beauty, lifestyle and media. From our home in Chicago, we connect talent with photographers, brands, casting directors and agencies around the world — with hands-on, personal management at every step.
We are not a volume agency. Every model we sign is seen, heard and guided individually, because lasting careers are built on presence and identity — not just measurements.

How do I apply to a model agency in Chicago?
Apply online through our Get Scouted page. We only ask for a few recent photos taken on your phone — face, full body and profile. No makeup, no studio, no portfolio required.
Do I need experience or a portfolio?
No. We develop new faces from zero. Natural digitals in daylight are enough to apply — we build your portfolio, walk and presence once you are signed.
What types of modeling do you represent?
Fashion, editorial, commercial, beauty, lifestyle and media — with placement for clients in Chicago and internationally.
Is there an age requirement?
We scout talent aged 16 and up. Applicants under 18 need a parent or guardian's consent, and every application is reviewed personally by our team.
