C. Identity Verification and Representation

If a model is selected for representation and proceeds toward entering into a Model Representation Agreement, Auriné may require a valid government-issued photo identification document.

An identification document may be requested to verify:

  • The identity of the individual entering into the agreement;
  • Age or eligibility requirements;
  • The accuracy of information provided to Auriné;
  • Information necessary for the execution and administration of the representation agreement; and
  • Information reasonably necessary for agency, legal, compliance, or recordkeeping purposes.

Auriné may request identification before a representation agreement is finalized or executed.

Auriné does not require government-issued identification from every individual who submits an initial scouting inquiry or application unless reasonably necessary for a specific purpose.

D. Representation and Agency Records

For represented models, Auriné may maintain information necessary to administer the professional relationship, including:

  • Representation agreements
  • Contract information
  • Model profiles
  • Measurements
  • Digitals and portfolio photographs
  • Booking history
  • Casting history
  • Client submissions
  • Availability
  • Travel or location information voluntarily provided for professional purposes
  • Compensation and commission information
  • Invoices and payment-related records
  • Communications concerning bookings, castings, contracts, or representation
  • Professional performance and administrative records

E. Client and Booking Information

When a model is submitted or booked for a client, Auriné may process information necessary to facilitate the engagement, including relevant model profile information, photographs, measurements, availability, professional experience, and other information reasonably necessary for the casting or booking.

3. Photographs, Digitals, and Portfolio Information

Model photographs, digitals, videos, measurements, and portfolio materials may be used for legitimate agency purposes, including:

Where a separate model release, representation agreement, or other written authorization applies, that agreement may govern the permitted use of specific photographs, videos, likenesses, or other materials.

  • Preparing and administering representation agreements;

Auriné will take reasonable measures to restrict access to identification information to individuals who have a legitimate business need to access it.

Models should not send Social Security numbers or other highly sensitive information unless specifically requested through an appropriate and secure process.

Auriné does not require a Social Security number merely to submit an initial model application.

8. Sensitive and Biometric Information

Auriné does not intentionally collect biometric identifiers such as fingerprints, retina scans, iris scans, voiceprints, or scans of hand or face geometry as part of its ordinary model application process.

Ordinary photographs, digitals, height, weight, hair color, eye color, and physical descriptions are not, by themselves, treated as biometric identifiers under the Illinois Biometric Information Privacy Act.

If Auriné ever intends to collect or process biometric identifiers or biometric information in a manner regulated by applicable law, Auriné will provide any notices and obtain any consent required by law before doing so.

9. Cookies and Website Technologies

Auriné may use basic website technologies that are necessary for the operation, security, functionality, and performance of aurineagency.com.

Our website may also use third-party services that process limited technical information, such as IP address, browser type, device information, referring pages, or website usage information.

Contracts and agency records: Certain records may be retained longer when necessary to document contractual relationships, transactions, commissions, bookings, or legal obligations.

Government-issued identification: Identification information will be retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law.

A request for deletion does not necessarily require Auriné to delete information that we are legally required or otherwise permitted to retain.
